why cant i put video on my mp3?

so i have this mp3. its a dick smith one. and i have had it for 3 weeks. its a drag and drop so i can drag and drop music and videos in few minutes. Suddenly i can't drag and drop movies into it. what's wrong with it? i tried re-setting it? it appears on the "video" folder on my computer. and it perfectly drags and drops into the folder. but when i unplug it from the USB socket and when i scroll down to video its not there???
yup my videos are on .avi. and my mp3 supports it. i have put videos on it before. and deleted them after watching. but i tried to put some new ones yesterday and it is just not working

Been out with this guy a few times; I like him. We havent slept together yet. Of the 4 dates,we had a drink at his apartment once and listened to music. Then it seems like since then he thinks that just hanging out at his place is good enough. So, I went there another time after that. But I dont want to make this a habit. He asked me to spend the nite w/ him the other day when I saw him and I said no - nicely. The next day we were chatting on the comuter and I said ''can I be so bold as to ask you to work a little harder - say a dinner or a movie?'' - and he replied by saying something to the effect that he is capable of making plns and I'll get to that' (with a smiley face) . But then later I thought to myself, I hope he didn't take offense to that. I wasn't trying to bruise his ego. But I wanted to let him know subtly that I didnt want to just be hanging out at his place - that that is not my idea of a date. Because I dont want to be put in a position where we sleep together before Im ready just because I am drinking or something. You know? Was that statement too forward/harsh?
Im not sorry said it, just the choice of words, work a little harder. I normally dont say things like that at all!
To clarify, we have gone out to dinner twice before. I was apartment hunting in NYC and he lived in a bldg I was interested in and I asked to see his place. Then the next time he assumed we were going to his place again. I am just trying to get us back on the track we were on before.

There's no physical connection for me?

Okay, so I have a new boyfriend and he is such a nice guy, He is a real gentleman and really really easy to talk to about everything. The meaning of life, music, books etc..I love talking to him. The only thing is, I feel no physical connection when we kiss or do anything else....and I am not entirely attracted to him either. The whole reason we started going out was because our personalities meshed really well together. However, I know that he is really into me. He is always wanting to kiss me etc (which is to be expected), but it's almost as though I am dreading it because I feel absolutely nothing when we kiss. I'd much rather keep talking to him and stuff. But he like likes me....a lot. I really don't know what to do about this. I wish I just told him that I wanted to be friends instead. But I wasn't sure whether there was a connection or not. I really want to stay friends with him, but I don't want to hurt his feelings. What if he doesn't want to see me again if I break it off? How can I subtly let him know? Please guys!

Haha, I don't consider this to be shallow.I believe a proper relationship requires both physical and mental aspect. And this one is strictly mental. There is nothing there on the physical side. But you can call me shallow if you like.

SHEET MUSIC (Violin) - How to Know When to Switch Finger Position?

OK so as any violinist will know there are for example position 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.

On sheet music, when it is not stated, how do you know when to play 1st position or move up to 2nd or 3rd etc? I am learning a piece of music that does not state at any point to change from 1st position. Does this mean I play it all in 1st position?

MacBook and MacBook Pro: How much can they handle?

I'm interested in getting the newest MacBook or MacBook Pro 13-inch. I'm tired of having computers that freeze with multiple applications open.

If I had, say, 10 pictures open, 20 internet tabs or windows, a music player, an image editor, and maybe a folder or two, would either of those MacBooks slow down or freeze?
Sometimes what I do requires that I have many programs open, so I'd like to know.

Also, could either of those MacBooks run a heavy game like GunZ, or even WoW?

At BestBuy, I'm limited to the programs that come with the computer. I'd like to hear someone else's experiences- someone who has already loaded their own files on the computer, and has experienced using multiple programs with it. Plus I doubt that BestBuy would let me download an MMORPG. haha
My PC, an HP TouchSmart, is a couple years old and it slows down under half the load I described. I've scanned it for viruses and none come up.
