No big deal do not spoil computer just follow these guide lines and it will work.
Clear internet web browser, history, cookies etc.
Internet: Tools/Internet Options(proceed to clear history/cookies etc)
Turn off computer re start after few seconds go to youtube and try again.
OR......

Before you proceed I will suggest if you do face problem in watching youtube videos you can do as follows and use only this method it will work for both problem.

1. Un install adobe flash player and Java
2. Clear internet web browser, history, cookies etc.
Internet: Tools/Internet Options(proceed to clear history/cookies etc)
3. Re install adobe flash player and Java from the link given below.
4. After completion of re installation re start computer.
Now you could watch movie without any problem.
